After I traded in my Eldar and Empire armies to a local store, I had a whole lot of store credit to burn. It was right when chaos marines were getting updated, so I thought it was time to invest in a new army.

This is my homebrew legion, I went with Bleached Bone as the main color for the army as light colors can look real good when you weather them. I wanted them to look old and rusted.

I started a couple of blogs and got some good ideas from folks as I was building it. You can check it out on Dakka Dakka or Warseer. This army is pretty much done now, but I do plan to one day add a generic greater demon (if GW ever releases that plastic demon prince) and possibly another unit of regular marines. I may also invest in the Forge World Nurgle dreadnought.

The Undertaker
My Daemon prince. This is one of my all time favorite GW models. I just love the pose and the look of it.

The Mortician
The first guy I painted for the army. Another great kit, lots of nice extra bitz.

I hope to add a generic Greater Demon to the army eventually, I'm waiting for GW to finally release that plastic fantasy Demon Prince model. I've also been thinking about adding the Khorne lord on a juggernaut.

Chosen
I created this unit by "kitbashing" with regular Chaos Marines and Posessed models. I equipped this unit with 4 meltaguns :)

Terminators
These guys were a lot of fun to put build, I used some leftover bitz from my terminator lord for them too. I used the icon pole from the Defiler for the standard bearer terminator

Summoned Lesser Demons
I wanted something a little different so to go with the boney undead kind of theme I want for the army I thought Ghouls would make a good choice for summoned demons.

Defiler - Bonekrusher
Here's my defiler, I ordered bitz for some extra legs so I could have the claws come out of the top half and be a little more scorpion-like

Vindicator Squadron
Had these guys done for a while now and still haven't gotten an Apocalypse game with em yet :( In normal games I usually take 2 of them plus my Defiler.

Land Raider
I use this as a transport for my Terminators, so it doesn't use up a heavy support slot :)
